I had a lovely stay at this hotel for my wife's birthday. The rooms offered great views and were equipped with a nice bathroom that had disability access. The breakfast was good, and the service at the reception was top-notch. The location was convenient, and the hotel is right across from a fabulous park leading into the city center. However, I felt some areas of customer service could use improvement.
